Equipment Borrowing. Certain equipment are being lent out for use in class but they have to be returned right after the period/s they are used.

AV Materials Borrowing. Faculty and staff may borrow instructional materials (i.e. maps, pictures, charts, kits, models and projected materials like slides and transparencies) for one-week. Sound recordings and video recordings that are not instructional are for overnight use. Instructional video tapes are being lent out for classroom use only.

Pre-viewing/Listening. Faculty members may use the Multi-Purpose Room to examine video and audio materials either from within or outside of the ITC collection for instructional or recreation purposes.

Audio/Video Dubbing. Dubbing requests of audio and video tapes from outside sources for personal use may be extended to the faculty and staff depending upon the availability of equipment and personnel. Corresponding fees will apply.

Video Recording and Editing. The MPR is equipped with facilities for recording/editing of video presentations which are for instructional purposes.

Audio Recording. Just like the video editing, early reservation should be made with the ITC.

Graphic Production/Reproduction. The ITC produces/reproduces graphic materials (e.g. pictures, charts, maps, transparencies, etc.) for classroom teaching. All finished requested visual aids become the property of the Center and therefore have to be returned after use.
